Many ask me, “How did you get the courage to share your story?”
Honestly, I didn’t know what I was really getting into when I starting writing When All Balls Drop in 2013. Believe it or not, fear was never a factor until I needed to sign the contract to release the book to my publisher. It was only then that I realized that I was going to become very raw and intimate with the world. It took a long night of contemplating. Should I do it? Should I adapt it to fiction instead?
After that night, I decided to go for it. Deep down I knew it would inspire others to not only overcome life’s obstacles, but also thrive in spire of whatever it may be. When I receive reader comments, pictures, and reviews like below, it makes the grueling process of writing and publishing my books all worth while. Thank you Carolyn T for your review!
Five Stars – “When All Balls Drop is a story filled with life, laughter, difficulty, inspiration and lessons. The journey of having it all and losing it all is openly shared by Heidi. This is a quick and enjoyable read. It is so easy to share. Many may see parallels in their own life. Buy 2 books, give one away. Here’s to looking up!” – Carolyn T, Florida Read full review

Now, if you haven’t read either, come on. There is no excuse! With the release of the audio version coming out soon, you can listen to it in the car, on a plane, or on the treadmill. Get a free, pre-release excerpt of the audio version here.
