Look Up—Global Stories of Resilience – New book, readers reviews, and book trailer

Look Up—Global Stories of Resilience by Author Heidi Siefkas

LOOK UP—GLOBAL STORIES OF RESILIENCE – THE JOURNEY EXPLAINED

What started out as a big dream in 2022 has finally come to fruition. I started interviewing contributors for Look Up—Global Stories of Resilience that spring and by the year’s end I had nearly fifteen contributors. By the end of 2024, I had completed nearly thirty interviews to complete this amazing collection of stories from real-life heros, sheros, and badasses. Now, after interviewing the contributors and crafting twenty-two chapters, Look Up—Global Stories of Resilience is ready for you! Be prepared to be inspired, but have your tissues handy as some of these stories are tearjerkers.

The goal of this book is to encourage you and others to overcome obstacles and come out the other side a better version of yourself. The thread that unites all of these stories is the Look Up Mantra, which reminds us all to: 1) be in the moment and 2) find the upside. If others have leveraged Look Up and the power of perspective while escaping war, fleeing a fire, or after tremendous loss of loved ones, you can too.

What readers are saying about Look Up—Global Stories of Resilience?

Look Up is more than just a book; it’s a movement towards embracing life’s difficulties with a new perspective. It encourages readers to find their inner resilience and transform their trials into triumphs.

– Quinn Baker, Independent Reviewer

It’s a message that will resonate today. Look Up’s highly recommended notes of positivity, adaptation, and transformation are just what the world needs in times of trial, whether struggles are personal, community-wide, or engulf the world.
